From the beginning, with drying out water damage & taking care of mold removal, getting mold inspection & doing dry wall. Then having to move furniture, & belongings around to start replacing Laminate flooring , base boards & quarter rounds. Then painting! They had a really big job. They had a team for every section of service. They were all professional & so nice! Each and everyone of them, including office personnel. During this stressful time, they were like family. Thank You SOS!!!

I highly recommend SOS. I, unfortunately have experienced several plumbing leaks over the years and this company excels in all areas. Neb, the owner is a reliable a respectable business owner and his customers come first. Ana is a skilled superwoman and ever so pleasant. She makes you feel like you are a member of her family and she will never disappoint. Manny is beyond a doubt the best of the best. He is very accomodating, knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with. He ensures quality and timeliness. I hope I never need their services again but if need be they will be the first I call. Thank all of you for a great job.

When we came home from a weekend vacation and found our living room and laundry room flooded. We contacted SOS and they responded and we're at our home in less than 24 hours. They were able to mitigate the damage and work swiftly with our insurance company. They seemed quite trustworthy, in fact while the work was being done my husband had to leave to go the airport and was comfortable enough to leave the workers alone as they continued to work in our home .We had so much laundry and no washer or dryer until all the work was done. There are no laundermats where I live. Neb, the owner, was kind enough to offer us use of his washer and dryer if it were truly an emergency. Of course we declined the offer but that was above and beyond his services!! I would highly recommend SOS to anyone.

I am using SOS now they have been great every step of the way, I had some water damage, and my daughter had used them before, she referred me to Neb. Everyone they have sent out has been very professional and quick to take care of things. Now that this part is over I’m using them to contract everything that needs to be done to put things back together. I can’t say enough about these guys, highly recommend

Neb was a huge help when we had our flood. He explained everything as we went along (more so than even our insurance company did) and helped us in dealing with the insurance adjusters. The crew was professional and the work was done as promised and timely. I would recommend calling them as soon as you have an issue so they can help and advocate for you.

We had a bathroom ceiling fall in due to condensation from an attic a/c. SOS Property Restoration came out immediately and mitigated the problem. Communication was wonderful and easy with their efficient staff. We highly recommend this wonderful Company in Nevada for your specific needs. Neb and Millie are wonderful!!! This is by far the best Restoration company in Nevada. They did they're absolute best to make us comfortable, they worked hard to get the damage taken care of and out of the way in a timely manner. They took perfect care of my possessions and clean up everything before they left. The owner Neb is super friendly, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. I'd give them 10 STARS if that was an option. I recommend SOS Restoration to anyone who needs any kind of restoration or remediation, and I will always use them in the future.
